Foreword

We at Boot the Scoot have worked tirelessly to compile the actions executed by Scooter Braun, the CEO of HYBE America, over the past several decades. This material has been put together with the intention of highlighting his mismanagement of various artists, his shady affiliations with problematic individuals, the extent of his Zionism, as well as the close ties between his company and a private equity firm that currently funds the genocide in Gaza.

The following exposé has been created with multiple verified sources, all cited, and are alleged for the sake of legality.

We are also well aware that Scooter Braun is a very litigious individual, and has tried threatening members of the press to prevent the release of unsavory articles about him in the past. A senior editor from Business Insider was accused of “having deep ties to the Taylor Swift camp” in a letter written by Marty Singer, Scooter’s attorney, who has been known for his aggressive tactics against journalists. Scooter has also targeted a YouTuber, who did a deep dive on Taylor Swift’s fight to keep her masters, in an attempt to shut down the video for a “copyright strike” as they posted a photo of him in a thumbnail in December 2023.

Despite all of this, we stand by this exposé.
