Know Your Rights
It is your constitutional right to peacefully assemble on public places such as sidewalks.

Plan Ahead
Find out where the protest is taking place and what to expect. Bring spare masks, water, snacks, power banks, and a first aid kit (if needed).

What to wear
• Comfortable close toed
shoes and clothing
• Wear a mask
• Nondescript clothing
• Do not wear contact lenses, opt for glasses and if possible safety goggles.

Protect your identity
• Cover up any identifying features such as tattoos or piercings.
• Be mindful if filming – to not include protestors face.
Extras
• Bring your banners, slogan boards, and any placards with you that list your demands.
• Write your emergency numbers, medical infor-mation etc on your arm in sharpie, for your one phone call if jailed.
Notes from the Organizers
the area WE ARE PROTESTING is a known spot for zionist protest. if we ever get approached, the whole crowd needs to go completely silent and huddle around our palestinians and jewish allies.

If you are not Palestinian, do not talk to reporters. Most will antagonize you and you do not want to put Palestinians in position to defend themselves further.

If cops arrive, we have a liaison to mediate for us. aim to look less threatening — do not crowd around or Talk to the police. Cite your Miranda’s rights and let the liaison speak.
